BarakaFit Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom using Evri tracked delivery.

Processing and Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times

Evri tracked delivery normally takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Any free-delivery promotion will be applied according to the terms shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact support@barakafit.co.uk as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Delayed, Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be found, or appears to be lost, please contact support@barakafit.co.uk as soon as possible. We will investigate the matter with the courier and help resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
